My fortress tree when I was growing up was a huge Pine in a park across the street from my house. I used to climb so high no one could see me & the branches made such a perfect, natural chair I could even fall asleep reading without falling. Trees have always taken care of me.

Chris – Mine was very much like that, too. Every time I visit my grand parents, I have to stop by and see my tree and my section of the creek by my old house. It’s almost ritualistic.
